Shipping policy

Welcome to Ative. We provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible, which includes a clear and comprehensive shipping policy. Please read through the following information to understand our shipping processes, options, and policies.

 Order Processing Time 

·       Business Days: Most orders are processed within a few hours of receipt, provided they are placed before 4 PM PT, Monday through Friday. Orders received after this time will begin processing the following business day.

·       Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday.

·       Holiday Orders: Any orders placed on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

  • You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, including a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order.
  • We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates:

·      Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-8 days.

·      USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery in 2-3 business days.

·      USPS Priority Mail Express: Estimated delivery in 1-2 business days.

  • Delivery times are provided as guidelines and are subject to change due to various factors outside our control.

International Shipping (Canada only):

·      Priority Mail International®: Rates calculated at checkout, delivery within 6-10 business days.

·      Priority Mail Express International®: Rates calculated at checkout, delivery within 3-5 business days.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package using this number on the carrier's website.
  • Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations.
  • For international shipping, please ensure you are aware of your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Ative is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • International customers are responsible for ensuring their products comply with import regulations and for paying any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. Ative is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you realize that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at hello@ative.com. We will do our best to make changes before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee any changes.

·       Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or AE addresses. Ensure your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays or additional costs.

·       Ative is not responsible for any costs or delays if a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

 

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control such as carrier delays, customs processing times, and unforeseen events. 

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Ative is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • In the case of a lost or stolen package, please contact the carrier for assistance. If you need further assistance, please reach out to us at hello@ative.com.
