Shipping and Delivery Information

Order Processing:

  • Business Days: Most orders are processed within a few hours of receipt, provided they are placed before 4 PM PT, Monday through Friday. Orders received after this time will begin processing the following business day.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday.

  • Holiday Orders: Any orders placed on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

Tracking Updates:

  • Please allow 1-2 business days to receive updates regarding the tracking status of your package.

Shipping Details:

  • Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or AE addresses. Ensure your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays or additional costs.

  • Responsibility: Ative is not responsible for any costs or delays if a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates:

  1. Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-8 days.
  2. USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery in 2-3 business days.
  3. USPS Priority Mail Express: Estimated delivery in 1-2 business days.

  • Order Changes: Refer to the Ative return policy for information on changing orders after they have been shipped. Once an order is on its way, we are unable to re-route deliveries.
