  • Holiday Orders: Any orders placed on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

  • Please allow 1-2 business days to receive updates regarding the tracking status of your package.

  • Order Changes: Refer to the Ative return policy for information on changing orders after they have been shipped. Once an order is on its way, we are unable to re-route deliveries.
